The question
I have been fighting with volkwagon dealership since Jan of this year. Purchaced a kia sorento 2015 from the paid 24,000 in full that day. Jan the engine blew up. I found out there had been a massive lawsuit against Kia because of this issue. Took it to Kia, they then said because the recall was never dont(which all recalls are supposed to be done when purchasing a vehicle) that Kia couldnt honor the lifetime warenty to fix the engine for free. Took it to volkswagon and they knew they messed up. the assistant used car manager insured me they would most definately fix it right away and that he even said this should have never happened. He gave me keys for a loaner car. He called me two days later refusing to fix the vehicle because he thinks i never changed my oil. YES i did! The asst manager then said they would not pay to have the engine fixed even thoug this all falls back on their huge mistake. I HAVE SO MUCH MORE TERRIBLE THINGS TO SAY PLEASE SOMEONE CONTACT ME!!!!
