The question
We were confronted by a landowner while harvesting dead trees along the easmemt of his land. I would like to have some documentation to offer anyone else that objects our cutting. I won't cut any more if I'm wrong but if it's legal is there a permit required. We are two old guys and we take about a pickup/1 cord of wood a couple of days a week. Please advise, there's a renewable resource rotting instead of helping someone stay warm. Thanks John Moir Oakland County, MI. .
