The question

In July of this past year I had engaged in a family dispute at my legal residence, left the situation to go actively look at apartments across the state (different town). Nothing illegal happened in the dispute. A relative called to inquire where I was and I refused to disclose and so was tracked, with no warrant, to where I was staying by the local police in that town. I was taken to a psych unit and declared stable there (no hospitalization) and was deemed free to go. The police in the town I was in were in communication with the local police department where I came from, verifiable through the hospital. In the town I was staying in I had done nothing but watch TV and go eat at a neighboring mall. I assure you no erratic behavior of any kind took place where I was staying therefore the only feasible way that police department were to be involved and nodded to my position would have been to actively work with the department of where I came from, across the state. This was a ridiculous
