I was threatened at work. Coworker very aggressively hovered over me saying what are you going to do. Go ahead do something. He was ready to fight. There’s evidence via CCTV footage but no audio. HR said termination is not warranted. He returns to work tomorrow same shift as me. I fear for my safety.
