I got married legally in the City hall, then I applied to get legal documents for my husband May 2023. My husband came to America as a visitor, then we got married, and as we know that it takes long time to get legal documents, he changed his B1B2 visa to F1 visa, which requires to pay $500 monthly and to have attendance percentage. The same time I had Cancer and had complicated surgery and I have to stop working for long time. So, my husband needs to do work longer to cover our costs. Can we ask Immigration to make it faster to give my husband the legal paper to be able to have SSN and work permit to enable him to work legally and stop paying for his studying visa?
