The question

We have a deeded easement that allows us to have a dock and boats. This goes for about 20 houses. Neighbor A (right side from water) tried to sue us in 2013 to take away our deeded docking right and lost. Now since he can’t do anything in the courts he every summer puts his dock right up to ours at the edge of his property. Neighbor B (left side if looking from lake) has it in their deed they cannot sue us (or I’m sure would have tried) but has decided to add a second dock to his property and put it right next to our property line at the end of his property to in a way block us in from his side. We are still able to have boats but have had to put dock far out in the lake so we can move boats to and from the dock. Our easement is only about 10 ft wide so having both docks blocking us we can only use one side of our dock for boats and cuts our swimming area down without having to cross over their docks. Is there anything we can do to have their docks moved away from ours?
