The question
A Louisiana judge has denied my participation in court hearings via videoconferencing, stating it was up to her discretion. I am the defendant and live [redacted-address]. I am 71 yrs old and my disabilities prevent me from traveling that far. The court already has Zoom capability and utilized it during the pandemic. Is it at the judge's discretion to deny me access? Who can I contact to enforce my disability right to access the court via Zoom?
