The question
My dog was attacked by neighbors friend dog. They were all in driveway. They called its name, it let go of my dog & it ran to them. Now their lying to Officer that they don't know the dog. Yet they left the scene within minutes when they saw my husband coming. Would I have a case with no dog to be found, I don't know who the friend is. There has to be way to get them to talk. Please help. My dog had surgery
