The question
Hi recently I was approached by the manager of my local restauran telling me that two transactions I made back in November were charged back this January (2025) without my permission, when I called the bank they see the change back but the customer service agent admits to me that it I never filled a dispute on those charges and they shouldn’t have happen. When I contacted my father he told to me to look into hiring a lawyer since In his eyes the bank committed frud or were negligent. Can I sue my bank for this? If so what type of lawyer do I need? Anyone here I could potentially hire on here for this case?
