The question
I am at the end of my bankruptcy as of March 2022. My wife and I have lived together for the passed year, with intent to divorce. I filed July 2020 I been approved to buy from Veterans mortgage company. I need a letter to purchase from trustee. Can I file motion if trustee denies give me a letter? I am a veteran, my lawyer wants a large amount to file a motion. I need new house for me and my daughter. Current house will be sold once new house is obtained.
