O’Connor, C.J. *1254{¶ 1} Appellant Cassandra Wiltz has filed an affidavit with the clerk of this court under R.C. 2701.03 seeking to disqualify Judge Otho Eyster and all other judges in Knox and Licking counties from presiding over any further proceedings in the above-captioned administrative appeal from a decision of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
