ORDER Neil Y. Wake, United States District Judge This action challenges Arizona’s way of executing death row inmates. Before the court is Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ second amended complaint, argued on April 7, 2016. (Doc. 98.) The motion will be granted in part and denied in part.
